Slow Flow Yoga

This class is all about relaxation and restoration. In our busy lives, we often overlook the messages our bodies send us. Slow Flow Yoga gives you the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body. We focus on aligning key “hot spots” such as the neck, shoulders, lower back, and hips to reduce stress and tension.
Props like blocks, bolsters, yoga blankets, and straps are available to help make poses more accessible and comfortable. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed, balanced, and at peace.

Foundational Yoga

Strengthen | Balance | Flow

If you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this class is for you. Foundational Yoga focuses on mastering key poses, improving body alignment, and building strength through mindful movement. Our instructors provide clear verbal guidance to help you understand and embody each pose.
